Description

Provision of Employee assistance support service for Defra will support the mental health of Defra group employees (including agency and temporary staff). The service provides confidential advice, counselling and support to our workforce, with additional support and coaching for managers, on a wide range of both work and non work focused issues. It also provides free legal advice, critical incident support, structured professional support, wellbeing education programmes and access to an interactive wellbeing app. Counselling support is available 24/7, 365 days a year via a free helpline, with up to 6 sessions of structured counselling available for employees each year.
