Description

Tamworth Borough Council wishes to install sprinkler systems within seven blocks of flats in their ownership. Each of the following (15 storey) blocks; Peel House, Townsend House, Harcourt House, Weymouth House, Stanhope House and Strode House contains 58 flats. The Eringden block contains 47 flats and is 5 storeys high. The Council is seeking the services of a competent and capable Principal Contractor to carry out these works.
