Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMDDC) own or operate a range of buildings which require Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Advisory Reports (ARs).
We are seeking an external assessor to provide these certificates and advisory reports for 30 buildings across our Council area in January/February 2023.
