Professional Advice in relation to Telecoms Mast Equipment:
1) Assessment of Telecoms situation on a site along with overview of options and strategy and forward plan in order to achieve an optimum outcome.
2) Once agreed to take forward that strategy in conjunction with legal advisers. To include advice on Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters and Telecommunications Act 1984 (as amended).
3) To advise on timescales to achieve optimum outcome.
