Description

Birmingham City Council requires supplier (s) for the provision of:

Lot 1 Debt Collection Services and Lot 2 Enforcement Agency Services.

Debt collection agencies are required to assist Birmingham City Council (the Council) in recovering a variety of debts including:
- Annual service charges, major works service charges, ground rent, interest and court costs
- Rent arrears debt collection for Local Authorities
- Sundry housing debts
- Housing benefit over payment debts collection Local Authority tenants and Private tenants both current and former
- Debt Collection Services - Sundry Debts

Lot 2:
The Council requires a full, comprehensive and innovative debt recovery service for the recovery of Penalty Charge Notices.

This contract will be for a period of three years commencing 1st October 2019 until 31st August 2022.
