Description

The site on Swanborough Drive is a former play area, 0.26 hectares, planted as a bee and butterfly bank in 2015 and as such considered a valuable green space by residents. The site is allocated for housing in the City Plan Part 2 adopted by full Council October 2022

The intention is to develop the site for c39 new council rented homes under the New Homes for Neighbourhoods programme (NHfN) to be let at an affordable rent.
