Description

1. A Local Plan viability assessment that meets the requirements of the NPPF. To ascertain the impact of policy on the viability of development proposals in the Local Plan.
2. To assess the viability of Strategic Options for growth for the Harlow Area.
3. A viability assessment to demonstrate that development being proposed, including the allocated strategic sites are viable.
4. An assessment of the delivery and timescale for the strategic housing site and other large sites
5. To provide recommendations on the appropriate level of affordable housing that will meet our assessed affordable housing need as set out in the latest Strategic Housing Market Assessment.
6. An Economic Viability Assessment to inform what Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charge per square metre would be appropriate for different types of development across Harlow.
