Description

Academics at the LSE have developed, tested and published a reliable and valid coding methodology (the Healthcare Complaints Analysis Tool: HCAT). HCAT analyses and learns from complaints within healthcare, and the tool is now used in a number of settings. The current project will involve adapting HCAT and the tool developed for HMCTS, to analyse complaints from VOA.
