Description

The Olive School Bolton currently occupies the lower two floors of an existing building but due to expansion requires the above vacant floor to be brought into use. The works will include removing and adding partition walls, doors and making good affected wall and floor finishes. Mechanical and Electrical alterations will be required to the affected rooms. A design brief will be provided to explain the architectural and engineering requirements. The successful contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works.
