Description

Chelmsford City Council is seeking to award a concession contract for the maintenance and repair of Bus Shelters with the exclusive right to use these facilities for advertising purposes. The Council's aspiration is that this should be a zero cost contract with the successful bidder entering into a revenue sharing agreement with the Council. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate competency and experience in this sector by giving examples of other similar contracts and some of their key clients.
