Description

The Teak parquet flooring in The Guildhall small hall has reached the end of its lifespan and now requires replacement. As the floor is listed, the Council would like to appoint a specialist contractor to install replacement Teak parquet flooring and thresholds. The Council has also included an option for bidder to quote to provide once yearly maintenance for the newly installed Teak parquet floor for a period of five years, in order to extend the lifespan of the floor. This is an option as following tendering the Council may choose to use its in-house maintenance team instead.
