Description

Provision of Estate-wide planned and responsive pest control services to include a wide range of pests including (but not limited to) mice, rats, crawling insects and flying insects such as clothes moths. Services shall include treatment, control, eradication and monitoring of pest affected properties, the provision of all traps, bait boxes and the like and follow up visits to ensure successful treatment and removal/replacement of bait, traps, and removal of carcasses, as appropriate. The appointed supplier will also be required to update the Employer's bespoke pest control data management system and provide all reports required.

To include the dedicated services of a pest technician qualified to RSPH or BPCA Diploma Level III Certificate in Pest Control part 2 or equivalent.

Provision of an emergency call out services 24/7 365/366 days with attendance within 4 hours of notification.
Companies wishing to tender for this requirement are required to be a member of a recognised trade body such as (but not limited to) the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) or The National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) or national bodies of equivalent standing.
