The Client is looking to appoint a Planning Consultant via the LCP Dynamic Purchasing System to support the client side team to initially take the project up to feasibility stage (RIBA stage 1+) including the initial co-design process, formation of a business case and then, - subject to formal committee approvals up to making planning applications and approval (RIBA stage 2/3).

The Planning Consultant will support the project team and assist in developing the project in accordance with the Client's brief, procedures and supplementary documentation.
