Description
Barrow Borough Council ("the Council") is seeking to appoint a consultant produce detailed designs, gain necessary consents and approvals and provide a package of preconstruction site and works information for the Barrow Market transformation project, town centre community hub and associated public realm improvements (" the scheme").
