Description

The Big Lottery Fund is seeking to replace on premise ITSM Toolset with a SaaS solution. The Current toolset is used as a shared service by a number of internal departments. We are looking to procure a SaaS solution in order to minimise upgrade costs / impacts, increase ease of use and reporting efficiencies and reduce internal administration.
