A range of construction related works and services to be delivered to the London Borough of Newham comprising of but not limited to 1. Modifications of traffic signals 2. Improvements to cycle facilities 3. Creation of public urban spaces 4. Removal of the bus contraflow section of carriageway on Broadway and West Ham Lane 5.
