Description

The purpose of this procurement is to procure expertise and research to support CITB's programme of Employee Engagement from 2020 to 2024.
It is anticipated that this research will take the form of initial survey design planning, with a full census employee survey undertaken every 6 months:

•2020 - Initial survey design planning followed by 2x CITB census employee surveys - results from survey 1 available for end March 2020, results from survey 2 available for end August 2020
•2021 - Dip survey for end March 2021, CITB census survey end August 2021
•2022 - Dip survey for end March 2022, CITB census survey end August 2022
•2023 - Dip survey for end March 2023, CITB census survey end August 2023
•2024 - Dip survey for end March 2024, CITB census survey end August 2024
