Description

The London Borough of Camden are awarding a contract for a Phase One Architect for the redevelopment of the West Kentish Town Estate. The appointment will cover RIBA Stages 2 - 4. The Appointment is to initially undertake architectural designs to support the submission of a detailed business case to include Phase One design work to the end of RIBA Stage 2. Subsequent to the approval of RIBA Stage 2 by Cabinet, the Architect will continue the design work for phase one during RIBA Stages 3 and 4.
