Description

Tender for Plant Room heating and hot water upgrades to 3 buildings within the SKDC Properties.

- Guildhall Arts Centre, Grantham - Removal of existing gas boilers and heating components and BMS panel and replace with new.
- Bourne Corn Exchange, Bourne - Removal of existing gas boilers, heating components, BMS panel and hot water cylinders and replace with new.
- Bourne Leisure Centre, Bourne - Removal of 3 boilers and heating components and replace with new.

Site visits will take place on the following days -
Hourly slots from 9:00AM on the following days -
- Guildhall Arts Centre - Monday 2 October 2023
- Bourne Leisure Centre - Wednesday 4 October 2023
- Bourne Community Access Point - Thursday 5 October 2023
