Description

TNA is seeking an external provider to design and deliver its core Management Development Programme (MDP). This aim of this training is to equip first-line and middle managers with essential people management skills to engage and develop individuals and teams and deliver high quality services to achieve our strategic priorities. We anticipate that this will take place (primarily) in the form of a face-to-face, modular development programme for up to 14 people at a time. Accreditation (such as ILM, CMI) is not a requirement but would be considered a benefit.
Our requirement is for the design of the programme and the delivery of the first programme. The total maximum budget for this work is £15,000 (ex VAT).
There is the possibility that we will commission the delivery of up to 8 further programmes over a 36 month period - however, this is not guaranteed.
