Description
Wealden District Council invited suppliers to submit a tender to provide Communications and Engagement Services to develop the Hailsham Aspires development Masterplan up to RIBA stage 2 and the submission of a validated outline planning application. It will look at how they can deliver an exciting and successful high quality area within the town centre, that comprises of retail, office / employment, residential, leisure, public realm, civic space and car parking, that both fulfils the needs and desires of Hailsham now, and in the future.
We are inviting tenders from communication and engagement specialists who can efficiently engage with the local populace and stakeholders, to develop their ideas into deliverables.
