Description

In order to obtain the views of people in receipt of services it is essential that they feel able to share their thoughts. However, people sometimes feel uncomfortable talking to officers of the Council who can be viewed as being in an inspectorial role. The Lay Visitors service is to recruit, train, manage and support volunteers to support our existing quality assurance processes.
