Description
Expressions of interest required for Orthotics Software.
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a supplier to provide an orthotic design and manufacturing software suite to work with our existing equipment; Hurco milling machines, CNC routers and scanners. This must be a complete system providing both design and mill functionality. It needs to be able to design and manufacture devices from EVA, polypropylene and we would like it to have 3D printing capabilities or for the company to be developing 3D print options. Design files need to be the property of KCHFT not the software company. It will need a file transfer protocol to allow us to send the files direct to the milling equipment. Top, bottom, engraving and cut out/edge tool path options are required.
All potential bidders MUST review the pass/fail criteria questions which are attached to this EOI and will require you to assess whether your product offers a yes/no response. A "yes" will result in a "pass", and "No" will result in a "Fail". Please do not proceed to express your interest in this opportunity if you have any fail results. This is a pre-assessment and KCHFT will not require you to provide the results at this EOI stage, but it will form part of your submission/evidence should you be invited to tender - all responses must be a pass. Expressions of interest (EOI) must be submitted via the Procontract procurement portal (Proactis) under Opportunity number DN517505. Any correspondence to the Authority's staff email address will be disregarded. Please log-in via following link to EOI if already registered, or the link will also allow you to register and then EOI. https://procontract.due-north.com/Login
