Description

Planning permission has been obtained for the Design and Build JCT Contract for the development of 7 large, high-quality, detached houses which are being developed for market sale at the site of the former Backworth Primary School off Station Road, Backworth,within the Borough of North Tyneside. A start on site is required by July 2021 and it is expected to be a 12 month programme. The site is a cleared within a secluded, woodland conservation area just behind Backworth Hall and is bounded by a curtilage Listed wall. The Employer is Aurora Properties (Sale) Ltd which is a company wholly owned and controlled by North Tyneside Council."
