Description

Ipswich Borough Council intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Tenderer (the \"Service Provider\") for the duration of the build which is estimated to be around 19 weeks.

The site has been used as a car park and goods yard for the Co-op department store. Part of the site was until recently a co-op garden centre/ daily living store which has been demolished. The site has been part of Ipswich for hundreds of years and previous developments will have been on site
