The University has a requirement to appoint a Supplier for the provision of Architectural Watching Brief Services for works to be undertaken via a two stage construction process (with pre-construction and construction stages) under a Design and Build Contract for the separation of the existing Upper and Lower Sites (the 'Retained' site) at Warsash Campus and re-configuration of the Retained Site.
