Description

Ipswich Borough Council operates an HRA Asset Management Strategy for its housing stock that is maintained by the Keystone management software package. The system forecasts building components that are due for replacement within a given year. These forecasts are then ratified on site by physical surveys in the preceding year, which can lead to either carrying out replacements as scheduled, moving work back to the next cycle or even in exceptional circumstances bringing works forward. Unknown variables may change the workstreams and consequently the estimated contract value.

This tender has been divided into six separate lots, these being scaffolding, roofing works, painting and decorating, installation of windows and doors, general building and the installation of solar panels.
