Description
Gloucestershire County Council has an in-house collision database and analysis system, known as GAPS, which links with the County's mapping system, QGIS. This also directly links with the Priority Assessment part of GAPS to allowing new schemes to be created and their casualties retrieved to allow ranking and automatic update of all proposed highways schemes.
