Description
Corserv Ltd is inviting tenders for the provision of a fully comprehensive sole supplier Estate Agency Service.
Cornwall Council have commissioned Corserv with the acquisition of a mixed portfolio of 250 units of accommodation varying from shared housing to 4 bed houses over the next 24 month duration, there is a property purchase budget available in the region of £35m.
The Visual inspection and high-level analysis of transport connections suggests the property demand can be grouped into seven clusters of parishes from an operational perspective:
• Camborne, Redruth, Carn Brea, Portreath and Illogan
• Falmouth and Penryn
• Newquay
• Penzance
• St. Austell, Penwithick, St. Blazey, Tywadreath and Par
• St. Ives, Carbis Bay and Hayle
• Truro
Although that does not exclude that parameters may alter throughout the term and other towns or villages are subsequently included.
The appointed supplier must be able to provide estate agency provision throughout the whole Cornwall region.
