Description

Slough Borough Council (SBC) is seeking providers of Shared Lives services who can offer a range of support options to meet individual needs to register on its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This will include short-term support for example short breaks or daytime activities based inside or outside the Shared Lives Carers home, and long-term accommodation with care and/or support in the Shared Lives Carers Home. A specification is attached for further information.

In order to be invited for future mini competitions for Shared Lives you must register for Service Lot 17 when completing your Stage 1 Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Please submit your questionnaire by 5pm on Wednesday 12th January 2022 if you are interested to be qualified onto this DPS Lot 17 with a view to further competitions via this route to source in due course .

The PQQ can be found and submitted via the SE Shared Services Portal and registration details are attached. You will need to first download the PQQ from the portal , complete it and then upload the completed PQQ back onto the portal where indicated.(see document attached giving details of where and how you can download the blank PQQ).

If you have any queries or would like any support registering on to the DPS please contact ASC.Commissioning@slough.gov.uk . However please note very few staff will be monitoring this email account during the Christmas holiday period and therefore your queries may not receive a response promptly. All services will revert to normal response times after 4th of January 2022.
