Description

The Personal Learning Plan (PLP) is core to digital work being funded by The Reducing Reoffending Programme to support greater rehabilitation. The PLP will deliver the specific Prisons Strategy White Paper commitment to ensure every prisoner has a personal learning plan.
The PLP will be an enabler of increasing the numbers of people leaving prison into sustainable employment.
