Electrical Works package consists of:
- Supply and install new gas booster set
- Supply and install new outstation controllers within Level 7 Boiler Plant Room control panel
- Supply and install new field devices associated within Level 7 Boiler Plant Room control panel
- Supply and install new fan coil unit controllers within riser control enclosure
- Supply and install new fan coil unit controllers and associated sensors
- Supply and install new controllers to serve AHU 13
- Modify/upgrade BMS head end
