Description

The BFI London Film Festival (https://bfi.org.uk/lff) is the UK's largest public film event and takes place over 12 days each October in London and around the UK. The 2021 edition of the Festival welcomed audiences of over 291,000 in person and online - in addition to more than 3,000 industry and media delegates.

The BFI is tendering for a provider for video production and editing of the LFF programme launch event, awards ceremony event as well as trailers and marketing videos.

The successful provider must:
o demonstrate a high level of service, including proven experience in digital event production and film trailer editing
o possess knowledge of the requirements of the film industry and the unique nature of copyright, permissions and approvals
o provide a designated project manager to be available every day of the project, including evenings and some weekends
o have sufficient resource for the duration of the project, including evening and weekend work
o have proven experience of creative problem-solving
o be a champion of diversity and inclusion, ensuring that the video content produced appeals to diverse audiences.
