Description
The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide suppliers with the opportunity to inform the development and ongoing management of a future procurement for the supply of firefighter pension administration & payroll and the provision of employee payroll.
This is information gathering to assist in informing the output requirements developed by Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service (DSFRS) and decisions about the strategy, scope, structure and nature of the procurement.
This is a collaborative procurement undertaken by Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service in collaboration with Dorset and Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service (D&W FRS).
Dorset & Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Services (DWFRS) combined on 1st April 2016 there is a requirement for them to harmonise the Service's Fire Pension Administration & Payroll and Employee Payroll Services.
Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service (DSFRS) are in the extension periods of their contract with their current provider, for the provision of Fire Pension Administration & Payroll and Employee Payroll Services.
The Objective of the upcoming tender process is to award a five (5) year contract with 2 potential extensions each of 12 months.
