Description
The Service comprises the provision of all related services, equipment, resources and consumables necessary to perform a planned preventative maintenance service to a variety of building services. This includes: Heating Systems, Air Handling Plant, Water systems Electrical Wiring, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Lightening Conductors, Lifts, Catering Equipment, Fixed electrical equipment, Security systems, Internal and external doors, Civil Suite Partitions, Car Park Barriers, RYOBI Blower Vac, Fire Extinguishers, Glazing (cleaning), Grounds Maintenance, Entrance Mats (cleaning), Drainage Systems, Standby Generator, CCTV, Panic Alarms and Fire & Intruder Alarm (monitoring).

The Contract will be let for an initial period of three years intended to commence on 1st April 2018 with the option to extend for one further period of two years up to a maximum contract period of five years. It is anticipated that the requirement will remain at the end of the proposed contract and as such will be subject to a re-procurement.
