Description

Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the partial takedown and rebuild of the curtilage listed southern boundary wall to Hulcott Churchyard, All Saints Church, The Green, Hulcott, Buckinghamshire.
Works will include:
• successful release of all planning conditions associated with permitted planning application 17/02050/APP
• takedown & rebuild approximately 37m (l) x 1.7m (h) x 0.215 (w) of brick wall and buttresses
• use of lime mortar
• installation of an improved concrete and steel beam foundation
• replacement of a closed boarded wooden latched access gate

Commencement of on-site works will be subject to all the above planning conditions being released and a Faculty for the works being secured from the Oxford Diocese. The Faculty application is being progressed by the Reverend Mark Ackford of All saints Church, Hulcott. The only remaining information required in order to complete the application is confirmation of the winning tenderer and a copy of their satisfactory works and method statement.

Only Companies who can comply with the following will be considered:
• Registered with Construction Line
• CHAS accredited contractor
• Have experience with similar projects (please provide references)
• Have public liability insurance minimum of £5,000,000
