Description

Rate Payment & Revaluation Consultancy

Objectives
The Consultancy service comprises two elements, firstly, Rate Payment Audit Consultancy on properties SCTC own and Warwick District Council leases; and the development and implementation of a Rates Strategy in the lead up to the 2017 Revaluation.

Approach
Rate Payment Audit Consultancy - consultancy will be required to check all rates demands coming into Warwick District Council and re-calculate when necessary and advise of inaccuracies.
Rate Payment Management - incorporating both the Revaluation and rate payment audit. Consultancy to advise on the annual liability for rates across the portfolio of properties.
