Description

Hastings Borough Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced consultants to carry out a feasibility study exploring the introduction of a mini tram to Hastings seafront. As part of the study the successful consultant will conduct a structural loading assessment of the promenade area (including the promenade structure at critical points).
