Stripping back existing Collyweston Stone Slate roof and re-laying together with associated works.
Together with remove of lead detail and renew.
Guttering to be stripped cleaned up, replacement of Gutter bracket to match existing. Re-fix previously removed and decorate.
Decorate external windows and doors.
Full independent scaffolding surrounding building and roof.
