Description

The primary aim of the 'Study is to produce an up to date retail and leisure evidence base for the Bradford District, which will form a robust and sound source of information for the production of the Local Plan Allocations DPD in line with the strategic approach in the adopted Core Strategy . The 'Study will establish the existing and future retail and leisure needs of Bradford's principle, local and district centres. It will also provide up to date evidence to inform decision making on planning applications and investment decisions in support of growth ambitions.
