Description

Dudley MBC is seeking provision of architectural services as defined under the RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages 0 to 2 (Strategic Definition to Feasibility Design) for the design of one building known as The Dudley Towns Fund Higher Education Centre, Castle Hill, Dudley. The concept design will result in all design work and associated drawings and documentation for the submission of an Outline Planning Application (by others) for the potential demolition of the former Hippodrome Building and erection of a new multi storey educational facility.
