Description
When the Council's IT service was outsourced to Capita they managed the network on our behalf. Part of this service involved the monitoring of the Network, Servers and Applications and the distribution of patches, updates and desktop buildings remotely. Now the service has been insourced to the Council, BCIS have maintained this activity via the monitoring tools.
