Description

DCMS is seeking to appoint a Supplier to evaluate the Mutuals Support Programme 2 (MSP2), the government's flagship programme to support public service mutuals (mutuals) across England.

The requirement is to provide an evaluation of the impact, effectiveness and perceived value for money of the MSP2 as a whole, and to provide one interim evaluation report of the process, recommending any changes for the final year.

MSP2 provides professional advice and support to organisations wishing to create new mutuals and to existing mutuals looking to grow and diversify their business. It launched in January 2018 and will run until March 2020.
