Family Support and Advocacy Services. This service includes:
Family Support for newly diagnosed children up to 14, assisting with form filling, housing, and short breaks.
Independent Advice and Support for understanding the Special Educational Needs system.
Carers Advocacy for parents and carers of adults with learning disabilities, providing independent, practical support, advice, and information, and supporting the transition from youth to adulthood.
Please be advised that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) are applicable to this opportunity.
