Description
AHC require a system to enable them to create rosters for Care Home Staff that ensure the correct staff to client ratios. The software must also provide a clocking in and out feature that records staff time. The ability to create management information reports is key - this will enable an audit trail in case of queries and allows managers to monitor absence. Any system must be accessible on a smartphone and must send SMS messages and/or emails to all staff. The system must be user friendly and adaptable to the needs of each of the 17 care homes within HCC with the potential to extend to other AHC Services.
