Description
Leeds City Council adopted a new Transport Strategy in October 2021 which includes ambitious targets to increase sustainable travel and reduce car trips by 2030. In order to track progress towards these targets it will be key to track changes in annual activity across the network. Much of this can be done from existing data sources, however, there are some gaps which this survey programme seeks to address.
