Description

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) manage 35 Independent Living accommodation locations across the borough, containing approximately 1050 properties. Each of these sites operates a Telecare System supplied by Tunstall, including door entry control and emergency alert functionality.

NBBC are seeking a provider who will be able to provide a reactive repair service to maintain the equipment in operating condition. Once notified of a requirement, a service response shall be undertaken within 24 hours and will be available 365 days per year including bank holidays. Full details of the required service are provided in Section 5. Specification.

The contract will have an initial period of 2 years, with two optional 1 Year extension options subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
