Description
The Council is offering the social work apprenticeship route as a means by which to grow and develop stabilized workforces within Adults and Children's clusters by, in the first instance, offering existing staff the chance to achieve a social work qualification via this route. Ongoing and subject to continued internal interest, the opportunity will also be offered to suitable Candidates from outside the council. The Council also seeks to maximize its apprenticeship levy contributions and to fully embed apprenticeships in workforce planning and service transformation.
