Description

NHS supply chain seeks to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for supply to NHS supply chain depots via the stock / blue diamond routes and to the NHS supply chain customer base via the E-Direct Route for but not limited to Intravenous cannulae - straight, straight with wings and ported with wings; Infusion set with wings; Safety integrated cannulae; Subcutaneous infusion; Cannulation packs; Accessories; and includes the products listed above in both conventional formats, and those incorporating safety features (such safety features being mechanisms for the prevention of sharps injuries as per Council Directive 2010/32/EU).
It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of 58 000 000 GBP to 68 000 000 GBP however this is approximate only. The figures for the total estimated value are based on that initial expenditure and include a forecast for growth.
