You will be part of a team who are responsible for ensuring that we have processes in place to recruit the right person, in the right place, at the right time. You will be involved with liaising with vacancy managers to draft job specification and success profiles, uploading job adverts to the Government Recruitment Services online system, working with vacancy manager and finance colleagues to design the assessment centre exercises, organisation of assessment centres
